I’m sorry brother I’m more of a visual learner myself
Super cropping is pinching the stem but not breaking them to make to stem grow out and up instead of straight up works great to get light into center of plants canopy

That looks right to me if I’m looking in the right place
You pinched it an felt it crush
Then you did it right it will form a knuckle in that spot

Looking good brother

I think this site and support is awesome especially for new Growers like myself I have 6 plants growing outside in pots in soil I have two kushage a Cinderella 99 a grape Escape a sweet tooth and a Bubba Kush. I have been doing a lot of research reading and watching a videos to try and get the best techniques for what I’m doing but I just have a few questions still first of all are these strains good for outdoors secondly I get sun on my back porch from about 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and then it gets Shady from a tree but they get spurts of light until the Sun goes down. From what I’ve read this seems to be sufficient light what are your opinions. I am using A B Dutch nutes. I have attached some pictures so you could see how they look and you can give me your opinion as well I have started tiring some down as well.

Hey there fellow grower. I have my girl under sun sails. She is blocked from direct light from 10am to 3pm. That gives her about 8 to 9 hours of direct sun. I do this for the heat here in FL. I have no problems. Remember that the sun is so much more powerful than any grow light. There is radiant light that reflects on to you plant all day long. So even in the shade she will soak up some rays. As long as you have a good 5 to 6 hours of direct sun light you will be good. I have grown in the wood with most of the day shaded, had good results. For your next grow I highly recommend fabric pots for our door grows. It helps cool the plants in the intense heat and it’s basically impossible to over water. So if you get a crazy rain, your ok. The shape of your pots will hinder your root production, causing for a smaller yield ( the two that are really narrow at the bottom). I know you only asked about the sun, but figured I would pass on some tips. Happy grow my friend.

Thanks for the great advice I appreciate it I do regret after all the reading I’ve done using the pots that I did but I figure it’s a little late now to put them into bigger pots I will surely try those ones you recommended in the future
