Just Transplanted to 7 Gallon Pots today started growing in June (Already short growing season and low Yields but I do it for the love and experience also the dark spots make me nervous any help or suggestions?? ) @bob31 ug-bug @Donaldj @Majiktoker @Countryboyjvd1971 @Dmft420
@Dmft420 do you think it is too late to transplant into other pots at this point
I don’t see any pre flower in your pics, so you can transplant them still

I’m sure you have read this by now, but most miracle grow releases nutrients at high irregular rates. The ph of your water will determine what your plant soaks up. Those spots are signs of nutrient deficiencies and burn. I have also made the miracle grow mistake. Your plants won’t die but will struggle. But hey, that’s how we learn. Your plants look relatively young, and might not have a massive root structure yet. You can do a risky transplant or a safe transplant. So the safe first: move to bigger smart pots. Fill the remains free space with good soil (organic) like fox farm. Just an example, I’m not a rep for them lol. Then flush them with 3 gallons to lower the nutrients.
Second and more dangerous: when transplanting, nock off any extra dirt not imbedded with roots. Your trying to get as much mg soil out of the way as possible. Then do as above filling and flushing. I know you just did some training, so wait till you have recovered. About 48 hours after the training. Or you can leave them be. Ph five gallons of water and flush once a week till new leaves remain healthy. Then add a good nutrient feeding schedule to finish out your grow.
You have options and it’s not the end of the road. You will only be a better grower in the end. And then one day you will pass this on to someone else. ![]()
Have they been outdoors whole time or just recent? has the weather been wet and humid the leafs look like stressed ph? too much light too humid or wet
@Donaldj yea they been outside the whole time but the weather flops sometimes in June down here also I believe the nutrient excess and deficiency is a problem. I’m still gathering information and accessing the situation lol it’s 8:55 pm here and I’m out here just wondering what to do glad it’s my back yard
@Dmft420 thanks for the information will apply and add pictures in a couple days also I just put plants into 7 Gallon containers earlier today with the miracle grow and flushed them
@Donaldj yes since I brought them home
Have a smoke on it and wait till morning. ![]()
Okey dokey sir lol Kant smoke tho which is why I’m growing no funds for the habit lol
O noooooooooooooooooooooooo.
I’d have put them straight into the ground, myself. I see you’re in 7 gallon pots, though so they’ll thrive if you keep them in sun and watered. You must have a long growing season there in GA, so I think you could do well. The wildcard for you is the bag seed.
The pic below is of 3 plants that went into the ground on 5/22 at the 46th parallel (over 1,000 miles north of you). Legal grow, by the way. On 7/9 they were right around 5 feet. Way down south, I see no reason your plants can’t do very well. Good luck.

My life lol
So much beauty I wanna cry … but I tell myself remember young grass hopper patience.
Also will bag seed mids only produce that?? mids??? @PhantomFarmer @Nug-bug @Donaldj @Dmft420 @Countryboyjvd1971 @Hogmaster ???
Also when you put them into the ground did you add anything or just let nature do its thing??? I wanna specialize in outside growing need all the help and information I can get
Bagseed is a total crapshoot. The good news is, they’ll grow marijuana. But there’s no telling what’s hiding in those genes.
As far as the soil, etc, it’s just some rocky soil. I dug out about a foot wide by a foot deep and transplanted the seedlings. They were about 10" and after a few weeks they get (everyone is going to hate me) Miracle Grow for tomatoes. Feed weekly and a weekly bath of neem oil solution.
There are plants near them of different strains, treated the same and doing as well so it’s nothing to do with any special genetics.
I’ll be interested to see how you do. I’d love to have your long growing season.
@PhantomFarmer I must be missing an important detail the growing season down here in Georgia must be long??
Check your extension service for your first and last frost dates. You might not have any. We count on no frost after 6/1 and it’ll frost again by some time in October. Your days should be longer later in the year, too.
