My girl is hurting

So if I understand correctly your ph going in is fine but coming out is quite high right?

The only options I can think of are ride it out (and risk nutrient lock out) or flush the soil which would fix ph but would wash away nutes

Welcome to the forum.

These are notoriously inaccurate. I would use proper pH and PPM meters and test both what you feed and the runoff. Testing the runoff is important since it will tell you what is going on inside the soil.

60% is okay for veg stage, but you will want it lower during flowering to prevent mold/mildew issues.

The plant would be better off in a proper cannabis soil (Fox Farm, Black Magic, Roots Organics, or similar) that is pH buffered.

18/6 is a popular schedule, though if it is a photoperiod plant you will want to go to 12/12 to trigger flowering.

Good move.

Here’s a pH chart that you may find helpful. A cannabis plant is soil should have a pH between 6.3 and 6.8 for maximum nutrient uptake. An out of range pH can cause problems.

i like thay chart. yea so i guess i need to bring the soil pH down so she can take in nutrients properly.
i have to switch her to flowering at some point soonish just trying to stabilize her first

You will want to flush your soil. With 3x’s the volume of your pot of ph’d water. Unless a pro like @MidwestGuy says to ride it out. You will want the water to be with no less then 200ppm dissolved solids. After you have rinsed the soil clean (test runoff and flush until the ph of runoff is between 6.5 and 6.8 and around 200 ppm. Let the soil drip until it’s dripped out then hit it with a partial feed. PH that feed to 6.8 also. It’s a process but your plant will be so much happier.

Very good idea to do so. You’ll notice that phosphorus has the shortest range for uptake. P and K are the biggest nutes for flower so you want to be in that range as much as possible 6.3-6.8 during flower. Don’t flip till you get it where you want it.

I thought about this too, but it’s hard telling what is going on with the plant with the burple colored pics and without knowing what the PPM is.

yeaa i flushed got the ph brought down she seems to be dying a whole lot more ugh.
she might be too far gone, there are some parts still green and growing but over all the leaves are dying.

Now that you have flushed and your soil ph is back to good. What are you doing for feeding?
Also know that the damaged leaves will not return to a good state. Cut all the dead stuff off, leave as much leaf as possible. The way to tell about if its fixed is to watch the new growth. Pics in normal light will help others with further diagnosis.

well i flushed friday, gave her phd water sunday with some budjuice for feed (tds was around 1400 ph at 6.4)
the soil is still soaked tho i dont think shes taking in much water at all. ive been pruning off the dead but everyday seems to be more dead. ill take some pics under regular lights.
