Did you get a TDS/PPM meter? Looks good “HAPPY GROWING”
Thank you and to you as well - I didn’t, I figure with the KIND soil I should be set as long as I don’t over water. It hasn’t yet shipped though, if I have to transplant before I get it then I’ll get one to help me monitor feeding / runoff.

This is my favorite tent fan by far.
Nice buy on the Apera. I own the PH60 myself.
I would return the EVQ QBS1000… It is missing part of the spectrum. It has the 3000K chips but none of the 4000K chips. No IR either.
I’m leaning towards Mars Hydro FC3000 as my next light.
You might consider getting something like this…

You don’t want your fabric pots to sit in and soak up any run off water. Been there done that, it’s bad. Try your local garden shop though… I found this EXACT SAME RISER BRAND AND EVERYTHING for $3 each, instead of Amazon’s $15 ea.
Hi Roudy, I actually am returning the EVQ for an HLG 135W Rspec (just ordered this am), the reviews here for it are awesome and my sprout is stretching a bit so I don’t want to mess around.
Great call on the pot elevator! Thank you
@Roudy420 I do have a few fans already and even some spars, I’ll try to make those work before I get others but I like the pole attachment that one has… I bought one with a clamp that doesn’t quite really work with the pole but so far it’s all good.
I bought my tent as a kit, came with Tent, Light, Exhaust fan, Carbon Filter and Light Timer. Cost me $550. Of course I knew nothing at the time, and every component was bargin bin stuff. I did grow 2 bagseed plants to harvest and got ~40 grams from each, a quart mason jar each plant.
Of course the light is the most important factor in a grow. So I can’t wait to replace mine.
The thing I love about that Vivosun clip on fan is… I can’t find a single clip fan that will work on tent poles like these do.
I love your journal and setup!
This is my first grow, I’ve managed to murder several house plants over the years (even a cactus …) but I do have one going for over a year now (a money tree) :), I don’t now my green thumb skill level so I’m trying to eliminate as many variables as I can so I’m really hoping I can use KIND soil. I don’t want to get into trouble with nutes while I’m still getting into trouble with the environment.
All the while reading as much as I can, it seems like there’s substitute for experience with growing but I just want to be as prepared as I can.
Those fans look great but I already have a handful, plus several hundred cable ties .
Here’s my journal: https://ilgmforum.com/t/gdp-kind-soil-indoor-tent-first-grow/
Though some of it’s out of date already, like the sprout is in a solo cup with Roots organic and not coco loco (I couldn’t get it anywhere).
In my opinion the worst thing you can do is over water your plants. This is easy to do esp if you are in mostly soil mix. This is why I put so much coco and perlite into my soil mix.
This little gadget saved my grow…
