I was just drinking some water and noticed it has the ppm right on the label. It’s probably on forum somewhere…
I did test the ph and it’s up around 7, so I’d lower it before giving to plants. But this might help some beginners that don’t have calmag/ppm meter.
"The mineral content affects taste as well; Evian contains about 15% of your daily calcium needs if you drink two liters per day. Calcium creates a somewhat “milky” flavor, which contributes to its smooth character.
Evian is one of the few waters in mass distribution that meets the World Health Organization standards for drinking water quality, which states that water should have 200-400 ppm dissolved solids, a pH near 7.0, calcium of 60-80 ppm, and magnesium levels of 20-40 ppm.
It’s very hard to recreate the subtle balance of ionic-minerals, deposited over hundreds of years as water filters through myriad mountain-rocks. The trace minerals add a smooth flavor that is hard to match in any other way."
I know… I’m awful, really… can’t help it lol. The growth the last 2-3 days has exploded, I can’t wait to see what it will look like in a few more weeks-the end! It should be pretty crazy. First-grow-yield I think will be unreal, unless It turns hermie or is actually male.
Holy ****! I guess it’s not going to stop until around midnight, and then we’re supposed to get another storm. The car will be completely gone by about 7:00pm at this rate haha! Haven’t had a storm like this since I was little, I hope we don’t lose power or it’s going to get cold, of course for us, but I might be more concerned for the plants…
Ok I don’t think it’s getting any better…I was hoping they would all turn into new growth but It looks like this is a monster MALE plant. A lot of work just to kill it…ugh. From now on I’m always going to take a cutting and try to flower it asap. It’s still a good learning experience but I’m so bummed that I have to wait months now for another chance at a harvest.
Damn, that looks like the storms I remember as a kid in Western New York. Buffalo gets some BAD weather, or at least used to, and ‘Lake Effect’ was a bad thing to say there. LOL Stay warm and hope your power stays on !
@TxGrowman
I just saw that reply about the power staying on.
Somehow it stayed on so that was good lol! We have so much snow now I had to shovel around the bottom of our 6’ fence so our dog can’t just hop over it!
I have seen that before. In 1967 we had it start snowing on Friday morning so they closed school at noon. It did not stop snowing until the NEXT Friday. When it was done we had 12 feet of snow. We were out of school for 8 days. It was crazy ! I walked out my second story window into a drift that was just under my window. That year we still had snow (3 feet) on my birthday in MAY ! !
