I believe that’s if you’re making your own soil you need to cook it for a while let everything mixed together get right if you’re using premixed in a bag just moisten it good the day or two before so it has time to moisten up properly then it will be fine with that soil you shouldn’t need to feed for at least 4 to 6 weeks maybe even until flower should have a lot of newts in it looking very good though should work out nicely 
Only if you’re taking raw in-buffered coco and amending that yourself. The FFOF you have will last you 5-6 weeks with PH water only. Your seedlings look very thirsty, they should stay covered with. Some
