looking for any advice on improving and keeping them up and growing good.
@Oldguy when u say spread arm branches u mean at the y split? and should i throw trellis in there to do that
You can just tie them out to the lip of your pot but not so hard as to split the stem.
And as each branch gets a bit longer then do the same to them.
I’d hold off on the net for a bit cause once it’s on then the pots can’t move. ( watering / feeding / flush if needed. )
thanks. will do so need to grab some ties to take care of that but will do and thanks again
No probs brother. Any time.
what will be good ppm range for the plants and temp and humidty?
Have you started a nutrient schedule? It looks hungry. Other than that, looks good.
transplanted on 2/1 to fox farm soil just watered so far was going to feed next watering after i take ppm etc wanted to make sure it was all good but also was tryna find out what will be a good ppm reading temperature and humidity for the plant. @Covertgrower
75-82 deg should be good for temp.
50-60 % rh.
400-500 ppm for one that size should make them happy @gatekeeper.
@Oldguy what can i use to raise or lower the humidity in the tent
Raise - I use seedling dome with heating mat underneath and small amounts of water in bottom, anything like this will work, humidifier etc.
See the liquid in bottom? The heatmat creates humidity. This was after a full day of work, so not much water left, but you get the idea…
Lower - De-humidifier, cool fresh air, exhaust fan etc…
just watered to get some runoff and measured ppm and got this. should i keep flushing with distilled water until i get it down. havent feed anything at all so assuming the soil got it that high or where i bought clones from had it running high.@Oldguy @Enlightened420
Then the are other methods like infinity T6 or inkbird fan controllers etc.
By the looks of your photos, it looks like it could be a super-soil or ffof something that already contains fertilisers and nutrients that would give high ppm.
using fox farm happy frog
That would be the happy frog giving you that number.
Let it go at that. They’ll take it
A wet towel will also raise the humidity @gatekeeper
@gatekeeper……. I use the FFOF too. It has enough nutrients in the soil to last at least 3-4 weeks.
@gatekeeper…….
These are the best humidity levels to grow huge buds:
Veg week 1 70%
Veg week 2 70%
Veg week 3 70%
Veg week 4 70%
Flowering week 1 65%
Flowering week 2 60%
Flowering week 3 55%
Flowering week 4 50%
Flowering week 5 50%
Flowering week 6 45%
Flowering week 7 45%
Flowering week 8 40%
Flowering week 9 40%
Depending on the stage the plant is in, these values slightly differ,
but generally speaking, these are the perfect values:
Light: 600 watt per 12 square feet
CO2: 350 ppm
Water: as required*
EC: between 1.0 and 2.0
pH: 6
Temperature: 77-86 degrees F
Humidity: 50-60%
so dont worry about the ppm right now and just water as normal and whats good way to lower ph level in soil been using distilled water when i ested the runoff im at 7.82ph? will do the wet towel until i go grab an humidifer and humidifer controller
thanks need all the info i can get
