If you let it dry out need to respark the little workers. The top dress for flower or the base you cooked with is used. 2-3tblspn in a gallon of water. Shake well. Use immediatly. The microbes and bacteria activate as soon as wet and need a home immediatly. Any tea left to sit with these ammendments is for nutrient boost. The fast mix and pour will fire the soil back up. Always moist. Even after harvest keep soil moist to reuse. Gets better and better.
I used Gaia Green dry amendments. All purpose 4-4-4 and Bloom 2-8-4 both at half dose because the DNC water only soil is supposed to carry me to harvest. No deficiencies until 2 weeks after i top dressed.
If the soil buddies dried and died our living soils do not function as well. Since a single ammend go with the quick tea if want to fire the guys back up in the soil. If maker says one and done…kinda follow that. Unless they tell you to add…dont. living soils almost never require help. I only give help to reused soil at beginning of next cook if soil is weak. @MeEasy has you covered better. We grow the same pretty much…He has a longer relationship with our product.
Yeah i was just being eager to produce the best flower I could so I added amendments and soil may have gone a day to long on watering. Crazy how different strains vary and react to the same treatment. This plant is about a week and a half older and a different strain and recieved the same amount of top dressing and is showing 0 signs of any issues.
Just for reference. Living soils are slower. Produce a little less. Problems take longer to recover. But taste/smell/ease of grow outweigh that to me.
All organic is very important to me. No pesticide’s used.
13 days…17hours…23 minutes. There ya go…
You are super close…in the window even.
@Storm Trust me im counting the seconds lol
Lol. Gonna be a good smoke from the pics.
@Storm After drying, how long do you typically cure before doing a taste test?
I try at dry. Then 2 weeks. Ill take half for 30 day cure and top buds get 90. Dispensary put it out at 2 weeks a lot.
@ChittyChittyBangin I have not had a update on your girls in a minute. How are your autos looking?
