I am a new grower. This is now my 2nd grow in 2021 with ILGM auto flower seeds.
This might be a stupid question, but does anyone know why ILGM advertise grow period for autoflowers as 10-14week? Why such a long range range.

Because the shorter range is for the best roll of the dice on genetics and optimal growing conditions. The longer end of the range is for either a meh seedling or meh growing conditions or possibly meh on both.
Some places advertise “flowers in 6 weeks!” Which is… only for expert growers who have a legitimate commercial grow space or equivalent. Versus realistic expectations which is “it varies based on genetics and the growing environment.”
Boy that was long winded but I hope it makes some sense.

That is the typical time from seed to done with autos. Sometimes they go longer sometimes not. They have their own clock

It’s pretty realistic for autos time schedules 9 weeks is the absolute earliest I’ve had autos finish and my biggest best autos take 12-14 weeks. Flowers in 6 weeks is actually pretty late for an auto some autos go into flower week 3-4 some as late as 5-6 weeks ( depending on genetics an maturity) then it takes 6ish weeks to finish
