So this morning I did a feeding of half a teaspoon per gallon of the great white and two teaspoons per gallon of unsulfur molasses with 1 ml per gallon of golden tree ( micro nutrient).
When I tested the runoff the PPMs were at 1920 and the pH was at 5.78. do you think the PPMs are way too high for this stage?

No it’s called black magic pro peat blend
It’s a mixture of perlite, peat moss, and Coco. Then I added extra perlite. it didn’t say that it’s amended in any way but I’m thinking now it might be. I flushed it with pH water before planting as well
When I feed I’ve never been over 400 ppm

I grow in non amended coco, 1920 is a little high but if the plants look good i wouldn’t worry too much about it, keep monitoring it because you will have to up your nutes then, I am feeding at about 1200 ppms everyday.
I have a feeling there was something in the soil that I wasn’t aware of before I put everything in there. So I used RO water to gently flush until the PPMs were around 600 for the runoff then I did a fresh nutrient mix pH to 5.7 and 650 ppm. The runoff and pH are now on point I’m wondering if there was some built up sodium in the soil before I planted (I bought this stuff at home Depot after all) I hadn’t been testing the runoff at all because it was so small. 
I also wanted to get a nice watering in with good nutrients because I’m leaving for 4 days.

Another rookie move on my part 
I’m back from my vacation and it looks like the plant has exploded with growth. Gave a fresh feeding of nutrient
3 mg of grow micro and bloom
4 mg of Cal mag
2 mg of golden tree
Per gallon
pH was at 6.0 and the PPMs were about 700
I also did a bit of leaf tucking since I fimmed I’ve had a lot of growth right at the center top section. With it being an auto I don’t want to stress it out too much with defoliation but would you recommend a low stress training at this point?
Also I’m getting a lot of green on the top of the medium should I use a little hydrogen peroxide in water and spray it? Or is it a non-issue?
I’m not one to give advice on autos, I failed on the two I tried to grow🤣. But I see many people LSTing them with success.
When I was in soil I had some green growing in top of the soil. I sprayed it with some Hyd Prox and made sure I was letting the soil dry out. Became a non issue after that. Just drying out may have done it but the peroxide didn’t hurt
I scraped it off when it happened. Twice. Like you, I let the soil dry and my plants were unharmed… 
I think that’s what I’m going to do tomorrow I’m going to scrape the top quarter inch spray the remaining with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and water then put down a fresh layer of dry medium.

I’m completely new myself, so take this with caution. I would let her grow a little bit and not worry about LST. You fim’d not too long ago, which is stressful for the plant. I’d give her another week and look to start LST. It also might give her a chance to grow so the leaves aren’t in the dirt.
Being new myself I’m constantly trying to think of ways to improve the process, but I end up slapping my hand away to be patient. Good luck, I’ll be watching bud. 
Thanks a lot for the info I really appreciate it and I think I will take your advice on this one I was also thinking the same thing since it is very low to the dirt already and it seems to be spreading out nicely and pretty evenly on its own. There’s no real highs and lows of the plant so LST wouldn’t really help much anyways at this point. It’s also not a thick enough canopy to worry about light penetration.
Well I found the culprit in terms of the algae. Looks like my humidifier was like an algae culture so I’ve cleaned it thoroughly and I sprayed the medium down with a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and water to see if that can help. If not I will remove the top layer of dirt and replace it.
Does anyone have a suggestion of a good humidifier that does not have this issue I got a cheap one because I wanted something that would turn on and off based on power and not a physical button each time Power is removed.

One question about that humidifier if the power is removed and then reapplied does it require a physical restart or will it just turn on again That’s one issue I had with the previous one because I’m using inkbird controls
It does have to be restarted. But you shouldn’t have to run it on the inkbird since you can set the humidity level you want
If you put it on its own timer it should come back on, no?
My humidifier is not on a timer, it kicks on and off based on the actual humidity level in the tent using inkbird controls. It’s got the humidifier plugged into one side and the dehumidifier plugged into the other with about a three-point spread up or down so that they don’t fight each other.
When you have this setup you need a humidifier / dehumidifier that will activate and deactivate with just power alone no buttons so that it happens automatically. On most of the higher end humidifiers once you’ve unplugged them they require a physical startup not just power applied which does not work for my setup.
