Moving indoor flowering female plantoutdoors

My photo female plant has been in flower for 3 weeks and doing fine, but I’m wondering if it would hurt if I were to move it out doors to finish? I’m in Tampa, FL February 24th… Thanks for your help

You’re only getting about 11.5 hours of daylight right now, so she should continue to flower. Depending on the type of lighting she’s under now, you might want to gradually give her a few more hours of sunlight and a few less under your artificial lighting each day until it’s outside all day, just to make sure the sun isn’t too harsh for her, all at once. Then just make sure she stays warm enough and she should be fine! If she stays outside overnight, you might want to cover her if she’s been used to total darkness during lights out, to prevent any shock. By the way, welcome to the forum :v:

Thanks so much for info. I will start the move soon and come back with update.

One other thing to consider outside is the bugs that you’ll be exposed to that you might not necessarily be dealing with indoors. Just another thought.

Great observation! Thinking now that I should just let her stay indoors. Thanks may man :sunglasses:

One other thing! I had one male that I removed to the outdoors, it flowered and spewing pollen, is he smokeable now? Well after drying? Thanks again

No, males are typically destroyed as soon as their sex has been determined, to prevent pollinating the females. I don’t think there’s anything useful unless you want to breed. There’s a small amount of goodies you can use for edibles or concentrates, but I wouldn’t bother.

Edibles it is! Thanks again :sunglasses:

No worries! :v:
