I would just feed now. The pH will drop as the ppm’s increase. Should put you just right IMO. :sunglasses::+1:t2:

:point_up_2:t3: agreed.

Thanks, yeah I was feeling very apprehensive about adding more lime or anything. I am just going with a stiff feed and some microbes.

I always seem to get a plant I have to flex my skills on. I always get one that gives me issues and causes me stress. I guess they want me to be more proactive in their growing cycle … I don’t understand why this happens every time.

Good move! Should be on track now!

Thanks , I sure hope so… I really want to try some Sweet Island Skunk out. It was smelling very good. Like blueberries and diesel with a hint of skunk
I left off at 800 PPMs with a 6.4 pH. That was the runoff water reading after I poured in 2 ½ gallons of feed water. I am hoping this gives it a kick start.

Those numbers sound rockin’ to me. Happy Thanksgiving. :turkey::poultry_leg::plate_with_cutlery::sunglasses:

I’m out of likes… Yeah, the 800 ppm is nice but the pH in Promix should be 5.8 to 6.2. 6.0 being the sweet spot. Maybe now that I flushed it down and washed out the Aluminum Sulphate and dolomite lime and brought the PPMs down to 230 maybe it will reset itself and start growing again.

What did the soil probe oh test after flush? Just curious.

I didn’t test it. I just ran with the readings I got from the runoff. I will next watering though. I think it will be more accurate then. The soil probe never matches the runoff readings so I just average it out. It was real low before the flush like 4.8 it dropped down to. I notice if I fidget with the soil probe while it’s in the soil the numbers keep changing, why is that?

Lime wouldn’t bring your ph down from 6.9… Vinegar will work or acid either one, little at a time. Why do you give them recharge in Promix ? I would pick one nute and stay with it through the grow, recharge is great for organic soil, but don’t need microbes with Jacks, it’s readily available without microbes having to break it down.

Soil probes aren’t generally very accurate.

I just thought the recharge would help after the flush. Help to condition the Promix for the roots but apparently it doesn’t do much in Promix. I like to add something microbial every once in awhile. I also use Mr Fulvic from time to time also. Is that any good?

I do give mine a shot of fulvic and humic now and then.

So Recharge really isn’t needed at all in Promix. Duly noted.

This is what I ended up with this morning after the flush yesterday. The leaves got worse from the pH shift and the stress of the flush. This is what I think it is, I could be wrong. I am just going to prune the effected leaves off and hope it starts growing again. What else can I do?

Update here… It’s been awhile. They are starting to bulk up. The Sweet Island Skunk isn’t doing much still and I got some yellowing on the Peanut Butter Breath (F1) in the back left corner and it’s not bulking as fast as the other 2 Peanut Butter Breath strains are. I am wondering if something is off or if it’s just how it grows?

Oh, and I couldn’t resist my new addiction to collecting HLG lights. I bought a Scorpion Diablo Ultima. It’s they’re new flagship light with 2 separate drivers that gives more control over the span of the cone. It has 8 Quantum Boards, 4 per driver. I think I am good on lights now. I can rotate them to save on wear and tear and increase LED longevity. I’ll be paying this one off for the next year and a half! Early Christmas gift to myself.
