I have the Mars Hydro T1000 light set up and my plants are in veg,
can someone please explain to me the light percent knob? What should I have it at during the veg cycle 10-100%?

Depends on the tent space, stage of growth shes at and environmental and etc. What you growing in and what phase of growth you at? I raise it at seedling around 24 inches full blast amd i have a lux app u can get on ur phone and as it gets bigger i lower the light little by little as long as shes happy and the approx lux increase would benefit with the exploding growth

How big is your space? Everything short of seedlings should be based on your light density, or amount of light over area. It’s a relatively small light, so in medium to large space you would probably not want to be dimming it much.

I run my T2k light full start to finish, adjusting height as needed.

Well, right now the grow space is a closet about 3x2 but I have a 36x36x64 vivosun tent coming in a week or so

This is what I have been doing. Got her full blast about 28inches from the plants

That is probably what I would do. Just watch your plants from there and adjust as needed.
