It’s a little blurry but I’d say female if it’s male those hairs will look like ball sacs
It’s really out of focus, but I can’t see any flowers. I might see a hint of a female flower, but it could be something else.

Phone or regular digital camera? Either way you should be able to get very close (3-4”) from the subject.

I see female pistils. I cannot say that there aren’t also male flowers pictured.
