Thats a good question, I really dont know, but genetics play role I think
@Ragnar My plant had many of the reg, thin ones, but as she matured to almost start her flower, she started having the swelled ones. I think sometimes people mistake that swelling for herm/male. If they emerge swollen around flower time, maybe that has an effect…like hormonal or something?

I get confused… i saw the pistals but also saw the swelling calyxes and thought that they were seed pods. If it was a male, do the seed pods get pistals?
It a good thing , that’s the bud, big bud site . Means big bud should be heavy. The bigger the bud site the more tricons it will have , witch means more thc any possibility more cbd, But for sure more thc ,…
