Is it normal for the Main Stem to have this white weird looking spots.

it’s all good! i guess the bumps are some kind of protection/bark maybe…nothing to worry about i would not think…

I’ve seen the same thing on silver berch trees, nothing to worry about, could always Google it to be safe

Not sure what it’s called but I’ve seen it and had it also it’s nothing to worry about I don’t think and mine only stayed at base of plant I

Are you using used pots and used medium? Just curious. It appears that you are outside growing…

Yeah it looks like the stem is trying to root or at least potential root spots if it where under dirt ? IMO
