What are lst’s

LST is an acronym which means Low Stress Training. This refers to the practice of gently bending and securing the plants branches to produce an even canopy height in an effort to get even light exposure and maximize yields. :man_mage:

Hi. I recommend you search on YouTube how to LST cannabis. Lots of good videos on how to do it.

Here’s some examples my dude :wink:






LST clips, tying down stems and scrog nets. Will get you more yields per grow with these different styles :call_me_hand::metal: @HotAndHumid knows what’s up :wink:

Here’s another example… but AT THE END… when you are doing it, the branches are way smaller and you pull it down a little bit at a time. Good luck!
