Hi just wondering if there’s a preferred age to start lsting

This one I started at 4 weeks old
She is now about 10 weeks old

I generally start training as soon as each branch has at least 2 nodes or once you have enough room to maneuver them to how you want. Slow and steady is the key.
@Growit are you rolling the stems for lst?

I did that my last grow… @Lukey91 had most lower branches pulled down trying to open it up some
