Hahahaha @Happyweed84 That’s not me in the video, just searched bowl training and found it.
I have similar wire but it’s much thinner, more like plastic coated wire.
This method works if you are of the mind that stressed auto’s effects final yields.
I don’t do anything else to my autos (I noticed he’s using autopots in the vid but in a creative way) other than this bowl training and continuous bottom feeding via autopots.
I’ve averaged 8.5 ounces per auto.
