Out of curiosity, what does the honey do? Kinda like an antiseptic for the plant?

I use the honey to keep it air tight so to speak. Similar to when I clone, once I make the cut it stays in water until I put it in the soil. When it is raw, I do not want air to get to it. There may be something to it but I am not aware of any science to back that up. I cannot find anything anywhere that even talks about treating a topped plant other than you should not leave cuts open as it can cause infection but with no reference to what you should use or if anything. One of those things I have just always done.

Oh ok! So more so it helps seal it up but makes sense. I have a feeling I’ll have the 5th node pretty soon. Since it sprouted on June 30th, it’s just been taking off like a little rocket ship since
