Well shit. Would’ve went soda. But haven’t used the peroxide solution yet. At what dilution/ratio?
Well I went ahead and hit it with the peroxide solution. 2 sprays per 5g. 1 per 3g. On the finest mist setting it would pump.
Probably won’t kill it all, at least mitigate it till next it dries out more. Patience for me varries wildly. Had to do something,. Now that I have, I can wait and watch, but had to do something.
Considering activated charcoal on top too. Wouldn’t last long obviously, but would it do the trick? Same idea as the baking soda I’m presuming.
I agree with pretty natural to see some of this stuff on top of soil. In the past I have usually just scraped off and went about my business. If you’re treating with peroxide is fine too, may just want to do something to help microbials afterwards.
The peroxide only mitigated it a little. My fault from leaving trimmings that fell. Lol. It’s always at the bottom during transplants too. Probably gonna add horticulture charcoal to the bottom of pots in the future. Maybe. Went ahead and sprinkled food grade activated wood charcoal on the surface today. Same thing as potash or horticulture charcoal. Well, potash is wood ash. Wood charcoal. Tomato tomato
