Little webs on my plant :(

Shit, I just discovered this on my plant and I’m so worried because also today I discovered that my little plant is actually a lady.
So guys help me please I dont want to lose her.

Here is a pic of the web:

Also a pic of the pistils cuz why not :slightly_smiling_face:

I proceeded to remove the web, I expected something more like a spider’s web but it actually felt and looked like some little hairs that you could pack together and throw away. So hopefully it is not a spider mite or some shit…

Good to hear!

yeah but it was still planned as a spider’s web, with all the strings connecting side to side and going in the leaf. It was a web for sure but a mite one really don’t know.

Hey there @MatTheG. Mite webs are very tiny and usually can be seen in the saw teeth on the leaves. U will also see tiny specs on the undersides of the leaves. Have to look very close. They will also leave dark spots behind as well.
It’s worth it to take a pic up close and zoom in.
Hope this helps a bit. :v:

Ok I’m feeling more confident now, I checked all the leaves and none showed any sign of mite only little soil that remained attached.

here is some pics of the leaves that had some web on em:

Good. I’m not seeing any mites on those ones. :+1:
How is your air flow around ur plants ?
They have a harder time forming if there’s lots of air flow.

I’m growing everything outdoor but in the last days there were mild-strong winds (25 km/h to 35 km/h). Now is night in my region and the wind is still at about 25 km/h so I decided to keep the plant at home safe and warm.

Its possible that a normal house spider was spinning web. But if was not web like material, got me…

Ok then, if I see again anything suspicious I will search some ladybugs to help.
But thanks to everyone again I was scared af because this is the only plant that I managed to germinate, so I’m expecting big things.
Peace :metal:t2:
