Lights! Please help urgent! Want to keep plants in veg mode

So it’s not a good idea to top auto flowers, I need to see if they have and autoflower thats mostly indica like 75% or more and Sativa 25% that is also not going to get very tall like maybe 4 foot is what I’m looking at I mean one of those states that don’t appreciate it but I have a card

That’s odd. Pistils should be white unless it attempted to flower at one point and returned to veg

It probably is flowering I live in the southern United States and it’s outside I tried to catch that plant before I did that but I don’t think I did it’s not that big so I’m not get crap off of it. But one a good note, I found seeds I put in my old medicine bottle tucked away in my drawer like 7 or eight of them, I’m like 14 buck shy of the seeds I want to buy from here I just got laid off yesterday as well

Those are called stipules. They are not flowers.

You can try uploading to imigur or tinypic and posting a forum link.

Just cropping the image a little bit should do it

I’ll try I’m not very tech savvy lol

I know the answer is probably NO!

But was rummaging through my garage and came across this?
Work for what I need or no?

Iirc my t3 500w bulbs are 2900k. Theoretically a good spectrum for flowering, but soooooooo inefficient.

I’d just leave that in the garage, and only pull it out when you need extra light to see.

Lol I figured yeah shoot my cfl bulb is 5500K

That’s perfect for veg.

In my tent. Evey one gets topped. With autos. You have to be patient. I top mine right about before the stretch. I think a lot of the stunted ones I have seen are all topped way to early. With all the issues I see others having. it is getting harder to recommend it. I have never had one plant give me an issue from topping though.

But I only have a spiral one that I can put my domelight in just a single light
@Drinkslinger

Also I know I probably shouldn’t be asking but can anyone recommend besides this site another seed sight That was shipped to you whether you are or are not a legal state

Oh I reread that yellow lamp is 5500K still won’t work huh?

For pic you can see almost directly in the center the white and orange pistols I was tLking about

Those are female pre flowers. The plant shows them before going into bud. A photo can show these and if the light cycle is maintained at 18/6 the plant will continue to veg. In my experience males differ slightly in that once they show male parts it’s just a matter of time before those male parts develop a pod and then the pod opens I to a flower. The flower takes a bit of time to produce pollen.
So to expand on the plant types, an auto should flower after a set period of time regardless of light schedule. That means you dont have control over plant size like a feminized or regular plant. Feminized seed should produce only females but can produce the odd male and they are susceptible to hermaphroditic behavior. They will grow like any other regular photo unless they are autos.
In the case of autos, typically they should grow without topped, but low stress training such as scrog can be employed. Fertilizing for autos is a bit different from regular because they will normally not stay in veg as long.
Personally, I like regular seeds because they produce both male and female plants. I can control when they flower. Less prone to herm. Feminized seed is not a bad idea though if you have limited growing space and have no desire to make seed.
