Im getting mixed info on how high the lught should be now this chart shows to have a dli of 20 and this is 40 inches from the top of my plant should i lower my light i also have co2 on a sealed tent @1000 ppm

Also im not sure what to setting to use in app atm i have it on purple + white 3500k

Yes you can lower to probably around 24”. Should get you closer to dli. Not sure of that app but you should be fine at LED 3500k setting.

You can do 18-20" np. I have a 300w bestva i adore.

In my experience the materials companies put out are basically propaganda. Download the Photone app on your phone or tablet. It’s a game changer. You can put in the number of hours your light is on daily and it’ll calculate DLI for you. I started off using a VS 2000 and used their ppfd chart and inverse square law to calculate the amount of light I was getting. I was waaaay off. Get photone.

I did literally lol and it is at 24 inches now cause i also was way off i realized photon was the way to go

You’ll never have to wonder how much light your girls are getting. Dialing in your lighting has never been so easy. Like I said, it’s a game changer. Good luck with your grow.

A DLI of 45 and 12 hour gives a PPFD of 1050. I have not seen CO2 being recommended at this low a PPFD. More like over 1200.
