I am getting 1.5 pretty easily without much effort actually off my last, rushed, crop(s). After upgrading lighting to the 1000w HPS

@dbrn32 what’s the flowering canopy coverage for each light you spec’d? 6 lights for flower, and how many for the veg area? Same canopy size per light?

Also, the exit door to the veg area can be right beside the grow room divider wall

These phlizon 3000 lights are like $400/each and I’d use 5 in flower 3 in veg. Almost seems it’d be worth it. I’ve seen the results. Unless @dbrn32 is talking about something cheaper…

Are you locked into that 19’x8’ footprint because there’s stuff in the way? It’d be great to know if it could be a different shape/location, so long as it’s the same sq ft.
I’d like to NOT be but my fuel tanks are 9’ away from the wall on the back of the grow area. I could notch it out I guess but would want space for anything I need to do like change fuel filter and check levels and things like that.
Are the fuel tanks along the opposite wall from the garage door?

Hadn’t gotten to veg space really, need to take closer look at how best to use it with that door placement. But I figure the lights I spec’d earlier in in thread for a ppf around 725-750 umols per second, good for 10-12 ft² so 4x2.5’ ish.

That’s about what I figured. You think 4 plants under each light in flower, or more? I’ve got it mostly modeled already so it’s easy to throw out a schematic.

Under the 1000 watt I was pulling an easy 1.5 zips/plant with a short veg period. But…there was a light swap 2-3 weeks in so that’s when they really got actual light. So for about a little over half flower period with sufficient lighting I got that much easily
I think I actually averaged closer to .7gpw with that harvest and haven’t had more than one plant/pull since. Minimum of 1 O each
@KeystoneCops, my “demand/expectation” is about an O/week for figures, safely. 1.5 very comfortable

Yup, fairly big difference zips per plant and grams per watt.

Then this run I just switched lights out about 2 weeks ago from 1000 watt HPS to the 2 Phlizon lights on both sides
Veg side had a small 600 watt LED up til switch
Just jumped from 3-4 in flower to 7 atm and going to try to fit another in comfortably
