Just got done with dinner. Made pork chops and rice. Came out pretty good. I have to mix more feed for the evening feed. Iām gonna smoke then do dishes and clean up. What about you?

Just another evening with a ice pack on the ankle, took a peek and the incisions and yuck, healing fine though, keep doing what Iām doing I guess.

That part is good, Iām glad to hear it. 
Hubby is on the way to pick up our car from the shop.
Last we drove it, we heard a clunk and then squeaking.
Mechanic said that only ONE bolt was loosely holding up the carās underparts! WTH!
We have no idea how that happened, it shouldnāt have, but weāre just very grateful that nothing happened! Phew!!!
Hubs will pick up a pizza on the way home.

Started one meal, realized we didnāt have ingredients. Made a chicken, rice, jalapeno, tomato, garlic, veg, casserole, with a ton of cheese- Colby, cheddar, and moz.

Wife made a cast iron Dutch oven chuck roast with carrots, onions, taters., mushrooms, cooked in broth. Cut with a fork tender, she knocked it out of the park on this one!
