I’ve had that, without meds or anything else, haha!
I’ve heard people, and felt really weird things.
Thankfully, I haven’t had it much lately.
The worst has been when it actually feels like something evil is sitting or crawling on my bed.
(I was sleeping alone with this has happened.)
It’s terrifying, and is referred to as “sleep paralysis demons”.

Way late but I had a 50lb dog scared of the vacuum, so one day I just yelled as aggressively as I could at the vacuum and since then no issue lol. Sounds crazy but it worked!
