My plants were constantly dropping when I had light stress. I also had burnt tips but they definitely were letting me know. Once I moved my light back up a few degrees and dropped the temps 2 or 3 degrees they were good.
Def too kuch nitro. How many watts are you running and how much ppfd? Auto or photo?
Yup thats definitely Nitrogen burn. Your just gonna want to do straight water for a week or so. No more nutes for now
Gracias!
De nada
It looks like you are cutting the upper fan leaves. Actually you have stripped a lot of the leaves it needs to fuel the plant and to produce nice buds. You are much better off to bend the branches to open and flatten the plant to maximize light exposure rather than stripping its leaves.
Don’t get me wrong. Defoliating and thinning growth can promote good growth if timing, location and amount is on point.
What are you feeding her, frequency and ppm?
put hands in pockets
Some new leaves will grow, that will help. And, don’t take any more off.
I do two basic defoliations. The first is preparing the plant to change to flowering light schedule. It is basic because it is a traditional clean up of the bottom third of the plant. At this time I also remove any suckers and secondary growth I missed. The second go at it is around the third week from flipping.
I should add that I try to leave as many leaves as I can during the first three weeks of flower. I take out what I judge to be restricting air flow and the space needs of the plant. But then around day 21± I open the plant up. I concentrate on removing leaves where I see flowers forming and the center of the plant.
Growweedeasy has a several excellent articles. They are worth a read.
