Light cycle recommendations

Hey guys, currently in 3rd week of flowering my WW autos. I was in a 24/0 schedule until few days ago that i felt i stress them too much, reduced to 20/4 and results seems to be good. Is it okay here and there to switch from 20/4 to 18/6 or it can confuse them? Basically thinking about let’s say twice a week 18/6 and all the rest 20/4, what do you guys think?

You’re complicating it. Just keep a single light cycle and you’re done! 186 or 20/4 is fine. I prefer 18/6 for energy.

18/6 works good for me.

I’ve had good luck with 18/6 too. Just make sure they’re getting the right DLI.

I also vote 18/6 an let it ride. Plants need a dark cycle . Good luck :v:

If running them with photos, will it hurt to run them on 12/12 when I flip my photos?

Autos will do fine as long as they get their minimum DLI. Some on here grow autos on 12/12 for duration of the grow.

Every plant in nature need a dark time to rest and heal. Just like humans do. 18/6 seems to be the preferred method by most auto growers. I do that myself. I like to give them some rest. It’s a wonderful world. Have a great day.

Yep agree. I’ve done it twice where I turned the tent from 18/6 to 12/12 for photos with more mature autos in there at the same time

It works out fine.

2 autos up front and 2 photos in the rear
