My plan is to switch to flower 6 weeks from time of sprouting. What’s your thoughts on this?

First thought is how tall is your space ?
But yes. You can switch then if you like.
I go 8-10 weeks usually before I switch.
I like em bigger.

Topping or not? If so I go at least 2 months but I prefer three.
But the switch to flower for most folks is determined by room size. With enough space I would veg all my plants 3 to 5 months.
Most flip because they don’t have that kind of space and try to limit the size by limiting veg time.

I like to give my plants closer to two months in veg. Allows for a slightly larger plant. Multiple plants would probably be ok, but a single plant should be given a little more than 6 weeks. I’ve raised plants in about 12 weeks from rooted clone to harvest and the yield on the largest was about an ounce and a half. Their sisters were allowed 1 more month in veg and gave me about 6 ounces each. My mainlined Super Skunk was allowed to veg for about 3 months and produced about 15 ounces.

My bad. I meant 10 weeks, lol. I planted too many this time. My 2 5x5s are really crowded. I haven’t thinned any leaves except for a few yellow bottom leaves. I was planning to wait until a week after I switch to 12/12.

10 weeks will work fine , take into consideration plants can Double in size after flip. 10 weeks is about Norm for me I can fill a 4 x 4 space with two big photos. Happy growing !
