Leaves on one plant almost yellow

Does anyone know if this is normal? My other plant right next to it is flowering and doing great and the one that looks yellow just doesn’t even seem close to catching up. Here’s the one next to it also.

I am currently growing 2 gelato auto flowers side by side from same seed order grown the same way that are almost as far apart as yours as far as maturity. One is days from harvest and the other is 2-3 weeks away. I also am growing 2 OG Kush autos and one of them has always had light green leaves that stay that way for a while on the new growth but eventually darken. Only on my second grow so hopefully someone else will give you an opinion. Plants look good. Hope the light green leaves turn out not to be a problem.

Me too, just kind of showed up today like that. I have been trimming yellow leaves off the bottom almost daily, one or two at a time. This is my first grow so It kinda freaked me out because the other plant that is doing great didn’t do that or at least not as much to where it was that noticeable. Thanks for the reply. @pogo

Its overwatering…
Yellow starting from the bottom and moving up is either overwatering or needs nutrients or is a ph issue…
One of those is the culprit… :+1::wink:

Even with the other one next to it being watered the same ? That’s what is confusing me. They should have all the nutrients in the living soil and I have been using distilled water. @peachfuzz

No such thing as one plant getting the same treatment , unless you’re in rdwc…
I grew in soil for many years…
No same feeding or watering…
25 plants = a fuc#in headache in soil…
I manage more in rdwc and don’t give 2 f$@ks…
Difference is huge… :+1::wink:

Great I watered them a couple hours ago lol. I guess I will give it a couple days to dry up a bit. @peachfuzz

Would rdwc be better to do next time around? This is my first grow. I have a 3x3 right now but I am adding a 5x5 and wouldn’t mind trying it, just don’t want to get in over my head. @peachfuzz

I love my rdwc, it is great in my opinion. Easy water changes, easy water test, easy to add nutes. Here’s some pictures of the system and some pictures of what I have in it right now. Those where clones that I rooted and have now been in the rdwc for 6 weeks, been on 12/12 light for 3 days now.

@Akcr While not as experienced as @peachfuzz , agreed that no two will be exactly alike. You must learn to read each one’s needs and give accordingly.

Best of luck.
