Leaves curling now

Good day to all the hypocrites growers. I have a fill and drain system and have a new grow that is about 12 days from sprouting. I am going to add some pics. The problem I am having is that they seem to be getting to much water the way the leaves are curling up. I will add some more information on that. My question is do any hydroponic growers have any idea how to correct this problem.

Water temp—66

Ppm— 285
Ph—-5.8 and steady
Room temp—- set 70–nights and 75 days
55 gallon water tank

I’m gonna assume you meant hippie growers and say it looks like you got a pretty big algea buildup.

You can increase the interval between fillings to reduce damping off.

You also need to increase your lighting intensity.

I should probably check my spelling. I meant to say hydroponics guys and girls
Sorry about that

Thank you I am flooding one time a day right now and I have been thinking about turning the water off and watering every other day and see. Do you think I need to increase lighting or move closer to the plant. I do have a much bigger light but it is hard to keep the environment right in the room with it.

The lights you see on the side are not the only lights. There are two led lights above the plants. The side lights are to help keep lights on the sides when they get taller

Sorry, man, I’m a coco grower. Hydro scares me lol.

I’m just going by the appearance of the plants: they’re reaching for light which indicates your plants are asking for more. Absolutely; bring the lights down closer. If you can halve the distance you will double light levels.

I would not get worked up about the environment unless your temps are up over 85F or so. 78F being ideal.

Thank you I will lower the lights much more and see what happens

Good day to all. And thanks to all of you who answered me, first I went to the internet  I keep forgetting that you can find anything on the internet. So I cleaned up the algae bloom, changed the water in the tank and increased the ppm to 680 for now and changed the water to one time a day for now and lowered the lighting. The plants are doing better already
Thank You to All that gave me input you all helped me some.

I have never done anything but hydro. I use clay pebbles water level never touches basket. I fill to appx 4 below basket with a short cycle timmer. I have it timed to desired water level line. Mine is 20 minutes off 1 minutes on. I run my ppm 650 in veg. I run the ph between 5.5 and 6.5 and let it drift between. Different nutrients are absorbed best at different ph levels.
The leaves will always show what is wrong. Pointing up or praying too much light. Drooping down water issue. The colors will tell what the plant wants. They have leaf charts that will tell you what is wrong also.

Thank You for your input. I am a little confused on your setup, right now I have a one gal container that floods and drains and the plant is planted in the clay rocks I am using a coconut coir to germinate in and just plant it in the rocks can you send me a pic or drawing too help me understand more.

The water schedule is one of the things that gives me anxiety. Anyway Thanks Again for your input it all helps

Something I really need help with is how to get the thc level up in my plants
