Has anyone ever seen their fan leaves start to sweat or drip from the tips? This was AFTER I did an extensive watering (to collect runoff) to test the pH and PPM.
BTW - my pH was around 7 - and PPM was in the 900s.

Plants do respire moisture, though I can’t say that I’ve ever seen this.
The proper soil range is 6.3 to 6.8. 0.2 may not seem like much, but pH is on a logarithmic scale, so a 0.2 difference is actually 2x as alkaline.
My last auto run did this until they were 3 weeks old, they would just get water drops on the leaves, I guess they were just transpiring and moving a lot of water thru them.
What is the temp and Rh??
