One of my plants are showing small brown spots on the leaves and I’m in my 3rd week of flower. I’m trying to find out if it’s cal mag deficiency and if so how can I correct it?

Looks like calcium based on pic. Are you currently using cal-mag.

I have the cal mag plus, but I have not been using it as I should. Also is it correct for me to raise the ph to a little more acidic?

Keep ph 6.5 in soil. 5.8 in coco or hydro
Go ahead start feeding cal. Mag @Bulldognuts has your back

Start adding cal-mag, are you in soil, if so you should be PHing going in at 6.5

BTW Welcome to ILGM 
Always add any nutrients or supplements first. Then ph after everything is mixed.
