first time grower so forgive me for anything that sounds newbie like…i have an LSD auto i got outta 5 different seeds from herbies and it’s on day 79 from seed aaaaand i just have a couple questions cuzz im kinda confused and because im very analytical i tend to overthink things at times so bare with me….i know you’re pose to wait for amber colors to start on your trichs( i don’t see any yet)but i had ordered a loupe and cuzz mail theft is extremely bad where im at it was stolen…Im all organic using dry dr earths home fertilizer and flower girl and i hear you don’t have to flush if you aren’t using synthetic fertilizer….is that true???i gave nutes last sunday and if im to continue watering until i see amber coloring to my liking should i continue to use the nutes or should i just use water until i decided to stop before i harvest???my gut tells me not to water anymore and let the buds do its final stand sucking the last of the nutes it can from the leaves n what not but i keep seeing more of the lil balls that pop up when the buds are forming(i think they are called calyx’s)do i wait for them to stop or will they keep producing them no matter what i do until i harvest???i hope im explaining this pretty clear.here’s a few pics and a video to help
Your plant is mature enough now that it will not develop more calyxes. The plant is focused on ripening flower. Keep watching trichomes are harvest when they are colored to your taste.

I use liquid nutes (synthetic) I never flush, my friends and myself dont have any issues with end result.

wassup growmie, your plant looks great! I’m a new grower also but from what I can see, she’s almost done! How long has it been since you flipped to flower? And as far as the nutes go, I don’t think you have to add anymore, DE usually last two months for normal crops, but they recommend top dressing every two weeks for cannabis. Just found this cool article published recently about the effects of flushing. Basically, it can help increase the cannabinoid and Terp profile of the plant- but it varies from strain to strain.

lol thanks n brah that’s so funny…when i started tryna research using Dr Earths it was like tryna find a needle in a haystack…i actually started with fox farms and then made the switch because i felt top dressing was easier for me(too include teas throughout the grow)this one is an auto and it started to flower by itself about 35 days from seed…but i have another smaller bruce banner auto (that flower when i tried lst and that was like 20 days in) and a cheese photo that i already flipped and it’s in week 4 of flower…i wanted to get an idea of the differences of how they act while growing and it’s helped a lot….so much that i have 2 more photos in the beginning of veg in my closet…it’s so much easier to grow photos to me…you can make all the mistakes and still correct them before you decide to flip…Man the community wasn’t lyin when they said make sure you leave room for when you flip because they do shoot for the moon…i prolly got 3-4 inches of new growth in the first ten days…as you can see i’m a lil crammed for space so i decided to flip it cause of space…

Same here bro! There’s very few growers using DE & it’s kind of frustrating lol but I know DE is the truth! I too like the idea of top dressing and mixing the fert in with the soil/coco & since DE has all those mycorrhizae & beneficial microbes, I feel that it’s best for those organisms to be a necessary medium component. From your grow, I can tell DE is doing wonders! Now it’s just a matter of that 
quality lol. If you can bro, you should make a grow journal on here. I’ll follow along and we can share tips, pics, or just
encouragement for the grow
Also, is your girl in the middle a photo? She looks great! How tall is she compared to the auto & I wonder what the difference in their yield will be! You’re doing a stellar job bro!
