Bleach is pretty toxic shit
Bad for us
All your cleaning out is MAYBE some pollen.
I would use a 50/50 mix of cheap white vinegar and water.
Also Hydrogen peroxide and water is a good mix.
Up to you if you need to use bleach make sure your windows are open and wear protective clothing etcā¦bleach is highly toxic

Hydrogen peroxide is what I have been using to clean all other stuff like my DWC. But i didnāt know if this was a common practice for pollen.
@Cyle1. Bleach screws with me as well. If I breathe it, it give me.a chemical heartburn.
