Yup, one of them anyways.

What is this DMSO you speak of My Brother?

It’s a penetrator. It penetrates the skin and muscles and pulls the medicine directly internal.

It makes great cannabis topicals.

Just as @Budbrother described.
It among other things enhances topical exchanges between the solution and the dermis.
Great care is needed, because dmso doesn’t discriminate between good and bad exchanges, so purity of ingredients (and basic hygiene) matters a lot.
It’s also a bit reactive… I’ve done shots of dmso, but stopped because I was uncomfortable with the generated heat (not a burn, but definitely reactive).

@Budbrother , I grew up in an era where glugs, blips and splashes were common measurements.

Oh, I use those measurements as well. Just with DMSO being mentioned I err on the side of caution. I’ve seen info misunderstood with consequences

@kaptain3d , I’d be happy to send you the ingredients to try.
Might be worth giving it a whirl.

Have fun with those customs forms. He’d be better off buying the ingredients locally.

Typically I use 2 tbls per bath.
I don’t add it often to the tub, because of the work involved.
A squeeky clean tub, sterilized with a spritz of alcohol is a must.
You are 100% correct, dmso requires the utmost respect. :+1:

Magnesium Chloride.
Lavender oil.
DMSO…
I’ve never had to fill out customs forms for any of it.
I do recommend dmso packaged in glass, from American companies and certified pure.
I don’t trust it in plastics just because I don’t like worrying about what it might pick up.

He’s in Canada, so you have customs forms. Liquids get tricky and have packaging rules etc. Plus now you have to pay $50+ for international shipping rates. I ship to CA a few times a year.

Edit: Send as gift. Declare the value under $50 so there’s not additional duties for him to pay.

Canada?!
That’s changes everything.

I’m definitely willing to do that if he’s interested. :+1:

Just as background, Mom was a Newfie, and her dad a fisherman.
I still remember the racks of capelin drying after a good trip.

Thanks a million for the offer, but I’ll have to pass.
My pain are due to 7 herniated discs and a lot of degeneration over 40 years… Some days are really bad, but most days are manageable now.

Once again, thanks for the offer anyway :+1:

I feel what you talking about @kaptain3d i hate that for you man. I have back and hip issues myself older you get the more

100% right on dmso. Only glass. You must throughly wash your hands before applying or dealing with it. Its a solvent that crosses directly into your bloodstream taking anything it dissolves with it. I have had good results with it though
