Prayers for your pain Brother… have you tried soaking in magnesium chloride? It’s doesn’t work for everyone, but it does for me.
A cup or two of MgCl2, on a bad day a splash of DMSO, usually a drop or three of lavender extract. A warm bath and a good book…
I have part of my left hip in my spine, and this gives me some relief.

None of the ingredients are secret @Budbrother 
But they all have to be pure, especially if using dmso.
DMSO can be a godsend or a curse depending on how it’s used.
