Congrats and time for fun
. Relax a bit and follow the procedure you have chosen. Too much love right now can be counter productive. Expect a week of root growth before any real veg. If she looks green and happy with first leaves you are golden. Just my thoughts. Good luck and have a blast. If you wait out the photo upload till 100% they will post.
@Storm Thanks for the advice! In the past with regular plant, I think I definitely did go a little overboard with giving the plants to much “love” and attention. So yeah, I’ll continue to spray it with water once a day and giving it plenty of light! ![]()
And like you said I keep following the instructions I have for it! I’ll be reading back over those tonight!
How are you going to do it are you putting it into a solo cup first and let grow for a while or are you planting it straight into its final home
@Tezza2 Yep, I’m following the guide that came with the plant growing kit from “A Pot for a Pot” site. Because I’ve only ever once successfully grown a plant, I didn’t know what I was doing. Fortunately their kit comes with potentially everything that’s needed. From the starter jiffy pot and growing cup, to the (in my case) 5 gallon cloth pot to plant the “pot” into. All the needed soils and nutrients came with it!
I definitely recommend checking out their site, that and they’re a partner site of this site. Which gives them additional credibility. Well, for me I heard about them separately, so their credibility for me, was in the information they provide about their products. (oh, yikes, I sound like an advertisement for them, lol).
Point being is that, yes, I’ll be transferred my little seedling into his new much MUUUUUCH larger pot in a couple more days! ![]()
Also, sorry for my late response, I only just now realized that you had replied to my previous post.
