I am four weeks into my first flower. How much longer? I am so excited. My first go-around with fem seeds was a flop!

I’m gonna put a number on It for you - that’s what I’d be asking, just saying. Looks like four more weeks maybe three.

Do you have any way to check the trichomes? It would be a lot easier to tell how close she is to harvest that way

Just looked up the strain. Documentation says 50-70 days flower time. Plenty of time to get a nice magnifier so you can see.

Agree with previous posters. I had a jack that died on me early in flower. My fault missed a watering and it never recovered. It was like doing speed and no fun. I recommend taking her deep into flower, you will be amazed at the weight she adds late in grow.

Hopefully, these pics help. I used a smartphone microscope that came with pot for pot. Thanks so much for the replies! If these pics do not help, I will order a handheld microscope on Amazon.

I was gonna get a microscope too but they are a bitch to look at a bud on a plant. When you’re looking that close up slightest movement throws you off. I use a 30x /60x dual Jewelers loupe. 8 bucks on Amazon.

Keep her healthy , Let those buds fatten up. I’m a fan of the 60 x jewelers Loop. Looking good.

Thanks @Preybird1 !!!

I like that and just stuck it in my cart.
I’m about a week and a half, and not quite a week into flower. This will be useful, soon.

@jacdimarco sorry. Dont mean to hijack your thread, but I’m here learning with you.

@QueenCityB , we are all on the same team! No problem! We all learn and make this place a happier world on joint at a time!

@neofirebird I’m not as steady as I used to be so I had to resort to a photographer’s tripod to hold my Plugable 2.00. Plus, I love toys. I can reach the first row of plants in my tent with it too.

. When I know its close to harvest, I pull a bract to inspect on the bench with the Plugable and Carson Microbrite 60x120.

Thats a great idea. Need to set mine u like that. And maybe turn off the fans and take some really nice shots.

Here a couple of pics taken with the setup shown in previous post.

. They are of a blueberry auto on day 94. As you can see from the white pistils and trichs, it needs a little more time.

Agree with other posts as to time. From personal experience @Bubblehead has given me sound advice.
I am curious about your Jack Herer grow in general. I have been holding on to 10 ILGM seeds. My plan is to do a covert outside grow when our growing season starts in May.
Any germination issues?
How tall are they? I assume you are currently 8-9 weeks into the grow.
Any other issues you may have experienced or comments you care to share will be appreciated.

I grew mine last winter and had no problem with germination. I scrogged the plant I grew so it is had to say how tall it would have been.
