This is an ILGM London Pound Cake. It’s sister beans are strong. All have been treated the same way. Pic isn’t the best but should show the issue.
The growth pattern has been there since bean split. Last to break soil, slowest Grower. As it ages it seems to be sorting itself out slowly.

Differential results in the same environmental conditions are always genetic. Your plant is fairly mature, but we see the young “runts” outperform plants that progress normally at times. It’s good to see that she is making improvements.
Thanks. I’m leaning that way also. Some of my best results were from ‘runts’.
