at what point should I switch from veg nutes to flower nutes?
I’m not an auto grower so I’m not sure. I start flowering nutes on photos at the same time that I flip them.

I’ll generally continue the veg nutes thru the first couple weeks of stretch after flipping the lights.
It seems to set up the plant for a healthier transition and fewer issues during flower.
As @BobbyDigital said mix ups do happen sometimes.
Seems you got a photo period plant from the looks of things.
So once you go to 12/12 leave it there. Switching back to 16/8 will cause a reveg.
