Is this enough LSTing?

4 weeks autoflower. 2 light LSTs

Can I leave this be and let it grow out from here?

Well lst is to get as much light coverage you can get on the plant. No one can really tell you if your done. You should be trying to spread out those autos as much as you can, until you can’t. When training I usually am adjusting 1-2 times a day when I can. Usually try to stop mid stretch personally.

Agree with @Low its growers choice. If you feel thats good enough be done. If not, you will do it over and over again every day. When you do get er where you want her, add a lil silica and those stems will turn to wood.

This is my first grow ever and I don’t want to overdo anything and screw it up.

I even considered doing no LST this first grow.

Not sure yet if I do any more.

Help!

Is there a point where you stunt their growth keep doing LST forever?

I LST my mom plants. They can get quite bushy if done right.

For autos I typically wait until around week 3 or once she has 6 nodes and top between 4-5, sometimes I leave the 5th if I know she’s a short grower. They say autos don’t have a veg period but I believe they do. It’s short, about 3 weeks after breaking ground. Get your initial LST or HST done before week 4 when ore-flowering starts. Then it’s routine training with tieing the sides down to expose the middle hidden bud sites :love_you_gesture:

Lst is exactly what is stands for low stress training. As long as it not cutting off parts or snapping branches while moving around it’s all low stress actions. If u get to chopping off branches and stuff like that breaking stems or stalks then it becomes more of a high stress training and will take a bit of recovery time to repair the mistakes made. I’ll be fine moving leaves around and shifting branches around to get bud sites opened and exposed. Good luck keep this as a journal and keep is all posted here I’m set to watching now see what we get
