You’ll need to put up some closer trich pictures using a microscope or jeweler’s loup.
Need to really see the trichomes to determine if it’s ready.
8 weeks is pretty early tho.

She looks done to me. No more new pistils so no more new triches. Current triches look like plastic.

I’m an indoor grower but a few more weeks for those trichs to get a little amber here and there is what I’ve always been told. Here’s my indoor.

Get you a mini microscope. Preferably a pen style. You want mostly all cloudy with some amber color trichromes. Pestils are really a true determination on if yhe plant is done or not. Even in last few weeks of life she can pop out new ones in a last attempt to get pollinated.
Heres a few shots of my current grow. At 8 weeks today and still has at least a week or two to go. Also are you 8 weeks from flip of lights of 8 weeks from budlets forming. The first two weeks from flip the plant will transition into flower mode so you really shouldn’t count those weeks as flowing.

I do the same. I flipped on February 19th but didn’t see pistils until the 26th.
