For anyone to be able to answer your questions we need some information first. At a minimum what strain how old what light.

What is the age or how old are they. That is enough
The first photo of the plant is 12 days old and the second photo is 18 days old
I soaked the seeds 23 days ago
It looks healthy to me. But my guess is you are using a cheap led/blur Lomé light. You should have more growth than that for 18 days. But that is just my opinion.
According to the coach, I increased the distance of the led panel a few days ago. He believed that due to high light intensity, the vertical growth of the plant was slowed down
All strains and phenotypes are going to grow differently. We can’t say it’s lacking light because it appears to be underdeveloped compared to another plant at this age. If the plant wanted more sunlight, there would be a lot more stretch, but these nodes are extremely tight.
OP may not be using the BEST light available, but this is definitely a happy and healthy plant.
