Thanks Justinsloan and PurpNGold74 for your previous advice. It has been 5 days of intense bombardment of hydrogen peroxide mixes, leaf wiping with alcohol, Captain Jacks Dead Bug, Organic 3in1 spray from a big box store. There is no difference but it has new growth. Some new growth has it some do not.
My question/fear is - could this possibly be some kind of spore or bug eggs that could hatch at anytime and cause a whole bunch of problems.
Should I bag it and throw it on my next firepit OR try and trim off all effected leaves and see what happens

The thing to remember about Jacks Dead bug is that it works by the Spinosad bacteria attacking the nervous system of the bugs that land on or eat the treated leaves which kills them but not immediately. If you have a large infested area then new bugs will just keep coming and taking a bite out of the plant before they die. Most insecticides no matter how lethal wont stop a bug from getting a mouthful. Treating a larger overall area might help. Bugs tend to go from plant to plant so if you can reduce the local population it should help your plants. Outdoors is a free for all among the bug world.
Exactly as Spiney stated. Also hitting the stages of growth. Thats why the food grade de was recommended. If it leaves eggs in the soil, DE will make quick work of that entire generation.
Thanks, the DE was not my post but after reading I purchased to try. Fingers crossed to salvage this girl.
Any updates on the ladies?
@PurpNGold74, Thank you so much for following up! My first of many grows has been an enjoyable (most of the time) learning experience. I believe the DE helped as well as the CPT Jacks, H2O2… I had an outdoor and indoor grow. The outdoor grow is where the DE helped with pests and I was able to get the powdery mildew to stop showing up on leaves. It had been about 10 days with no PM. The girls grew into beautiful ladies. The last two weeks we have had unbearable heat and ultra high humidity, I checked everyday and they were golden. Had to take a business trip for a few days and was looking forward to harvesting and drying. The ladies had BUD ROT!! WTF!!! so now after butchering some very gorgeous buds I brought the outdoor grow inside and quarantined in the basement bathroom. I am hoping the low humidity and temperature will provide some protection to what is left, felt like a kid who dropped their ice cream cone before they even got a lick. Please check out my attached pictures. PLEASE let me know if I should cut now or what I should do to salvage as much as possible. I think I know what I did to get Bud Rot, I read in a different forum that it is OK to mist the plants during flowering and up until harvest, so I did! Dumbass mistake. Again thanks for checking in!
A 50MPH gust of wind brought my Purple Kush plant3 about 50ft and over a deck railing, besides a few smaller branches getting broken the main stalk needed to be fixed with a popsicle stick other than that she is G2G!.
Yea bro. BR is a PITA. And once it starts, ive found it impossible to completely eradicate. Case in point

This bud can infect the whole room. Id snip bag n remove. Honestly? It got inside so the chances pf cross infection are too high for my tastes. That plant maybe harvested early or nah… it sucks but its be one hot wet summer. Im sure u arent alone. N lesson learnd
Agreed! one more question. These plants are all autoflower and in their 14th week since germination, Should/can I harvest? I am having a hard time determining if they are ready.
I mean u can always harvest earlier. It will lack potential taste, effect, and weight. But itll smoke (albeit a tad paranoia inducing at times).
Lets see the most mature of the group
the most mature, I would say are the indoor plants. a Jack Herer (small one)
and 2 purple kush (which look nothing alike).
and here is the 3rd Purple Kush - it must have been the milkmans cause it is not even close to the others. Dude definitely not into the paranoia.
None of those look within 3 weeks of my preferred harvest window.
Wow, so I am guessing that movement, changing locations several times, and doing newbie things to them extended the autoflower grow cycle. That is a clarification for me because they should be done but don’t quite look like they are. Bro Thanks, makes me feel a bit better.
No such thing as should when talking about growing weed from seed. Ive found that seedling/veg week count is irrelevant when it comes to flower time. Now… supposed flower is something that matters when ur growing for profit or ur stash is low. Other then that? Its a crapshoot.
Most of your calyx (single buds) have a decent swell to them but your pistils are still mostly white and erect. Theyve begun to amber, ur waiting for the pistils to recede just a bit but its more the bud growing.
The more i look at pk 2, the more i can see the reveg possibility. Is something not going off at lights out?
I put them on a 12 on 12 off cycle, no light at all. What is “Reveg”? trashed the plant and disinfected the area the BR plant was in. I actually had someone, who grows for personal use, tell me he puts “Sevin dust” on bud rot up to harvest. It has been such a battle to keep the girls healthy my motivation was really taking a nose dive - He absolutely reminded and re-motivated me to get growing right because you never know what someone else has done. F’ing insecticide on bud rot-WTF glad I’m not smoking it!!
Right I would NEVER use Seven dust on anything im consuming… frigging potheads…
Reveg is when a plant goes into flower then reverts to the veg state. Happens when light hours go from 12/12 back to a longer day period, or u have multiple overnight lights on moments.
Since I mistakenly was getting ready for harvest, I flushed and have been feeding with just PH balanced water, I am thinking to re-introduce the Nutes at 1/2 strength for two feedings then back to full until its flush time again.
