Nice bud 
So what I see is a lot of white pistils. This is a sign that there not ready yet. Also I see a lot of sparkles which means your trichome head caps are still clear. Thats why they sparkle.
Not sure when you plan on harvesting, but many new growers, including myself, harvest to early and miss out on the last part when the buds swell and the trichomes get longer.
Wait till you see some amber on the trichomes and post some more pictures then.

The best advice I can give you is.
When you think they are ready, wait another week.
So many of us harvest to early and miss out on the best part of the grow.
Wait until your trichomes look like this.

Well said! In fairness though; once you have experienced a mature plant fully it’s easier to see the signs.
