So I know I havnt updated here lately but it’s not because of the website, it’s because my phone lags hardcore and it’s just difficult. Lol but here we go.
I got a pH and PPM pens the other day.
Fed this morning with my Jungle Juice AN.
OG Dan
5mL Micro, Grow, and Bloom
pH IN: 6.6
pH OUT: 7.2
PPM IN: 515
PPM OUT: 845
Things are going good other than that. Split my mainline in half by accident and just tried to wing it. It worked out and made 2 stems. Lol everything is tied down though so it’s just a waiting game. I think I’m going to switch to flower next week, only thing though; is if I switch to flower, both plants will have to switch. I don’t have a Veg or flower room. Lol just another thing I didn’t think about when germinating the haze seed a couple of weeks ago. LOL
And here’s some of the Haze. It’s hard to get pictures of it because it’s so bunched up but my what I thought was a top, ended up being a FIM. So I’m happy. And it’s such a nice FIM. Lol I’m impressed with myself.
One evening, this evening in particular, I decided to get a little creative and make something a little bit taller for my LED. So I went out to my local store and bought another tub, stacked them and this is what I got for hours later after midnight. Not too shabby
My plant now has 6 feet of room to grow! LOL ITS AS TALL AS ME. wish I had something a little wider now. Lolol this works though.

Wow, you’r PPM is very high. What stage are these plants in? Looks like the ph- of the soil is a little high. I think you have to do a flush to get the Ph down and get rid of all those extra nutes.
Do a flush at 6.3, see if that helps. Keep flushing till your Ph runoff is at 6.7, then add back the nutes.

Well…it’s not plural anymore. LOL I gave away my little haze due to space with the 10gal pot.
Tomorrow will be 6th Week or Veg. It is on day 43 total.
And again, how do you flush without over watering?
Overwatering is when the water isn’t able to runoff right? So if all the water runs off, I couldn’t accidentally overwater?
I’m thinking the slow growth is from me prunning too much. I’m constantly thinking im still using CFLs which I’m not so I don’t need to prune as much to get that light reach. LEDs are able to penetrate the plant better. So I’m not gonna be pruning anymore. Just topping. To get the plant to go more on the opposite side @raustin

I made a gallon of tap water, pH was originally freaking 8.5. I was shocked. I will not drink my water lmao. So phed it down to 6.23 and the PPMs are at 191. So I will use this in next feeding. I just watered a gallon of feed yesterday. Should I go ahead and flush now with this gallon or wait till my next feeding?
Put a gallon of pHed(6.23) water through the plant…the results…
pH OUT: 6.97
PPM OUT: 2,130

So it looks like I’m going to have to pH my water to 5. The PPMs dropped about 300.
I realized it’s a lot harder to collect runoff than I thought.
Using this
It ends up filling up to much and then the plant absorbs some of it back. Any ideas on how to improve collecting my runoff lol thought about the bathtub and closing off the drain? I dunno. Lol
Sledgehammer is a flushing agent. It cuts the gallons in half. There’s also Floraclean which is the same thing. You just add it to your flushing water and it helps get the salts out of the soil. I always use it.
what’s sledgehammer? I’ve got a new local hydroponic store so I have easy access to this kinda stuffnow. Lol would you mind explaining?
