Ok so im starting my grow journal today. Let me know if this is the right place to do this please. Probably wont be actually growing for another week while I wait for everything to come in, but today this came!!! So happy

My seeds are on their way as of today. Got 20 wedding cake autos from ilgm. Plenty to play around with to get to learn the hobby better. And it was buy 10 get 10 and I had a $40 off coupon.

Also believe i am going to purchase the mars hydro tsw 2000 light for my tent. Also looking at the mars hydro fc3000. 3x3x6 grow tent

I have an fc3000 and am very pleased with it in a 3x3.
You will like an fc3000 better then a ts2000.

@ripwater12 I would recommend a 4 x 4 if you can swing it within budget.

The only space i have for this is in a closet in my man cave. 4x4 would be too big i think.

Yea. I dont know if ill go bigger or not. Thinking about a greenhouse for winter months possibly. But an auto or 2 per grow would honestly suffice for me.

I just ordered the fc 3000 for my 3x3 tent. Seeds on their way. 
Ok so everything is in and light is hung. Going to put my seeds in some soil tonight and start this grow! Anyone else with a 3000 watt light can tell me how high to hand this light above the seedlings?
Not much to see here but it has officially begun. Got 3 seedlings going in some solo cups. Happy frog soil. Actually phd water this time! And they are in my tent at around 75° and hopefully break soon! Thanks for all of the help so far everyone!

Ok so now my seedlings are 5 days old. Watered once at planting seedlings. Water ph at 6.3-6.5 even water in humidifier. 18/4 light. Mars fc3000 light. 74-78 degrees. Happy frog soil. Do these seedlings look healthy for 5 days?
Look exactly like mine did at that age. I also had one with happy frog and one with oceans farm. I didn’t start in a solo cup though but they seem pretty similar looks and size. Good job and enjoy, there are tons of folks here who can help and learn a lot from.
Yea i just dont know if they are looking good. Ive been looking at pics on google of other autos at this age and some seem miles further along then mine.

Personally I think you looking good. Mine looked like yours at 5 days and fast forward 47 days later. They are slowat first due to growing roots but once They get a few set of actual leaves man oh man it goes bananas lol

Can anyone tell me if this white looking line dont the center of these leaves is an indication of anything? These just popped up within the last few hours.

Wow that looks beautiful. Awesome job.
I transferred them yesterday. Fox farm happy frog soil with fox farms fruit and flower fertilizer and earthworm castings in 3 gallon mesh pots. The one on the right (bubba kush) is looking fantastic while the one on the left (wedding cake) seemed to have some transfer shock yesterday but appears to now be doing okay after some time under the light in the new soil. I know for next time that i need to wait at least a few more days until i transfer but thats what learning experiences are for. Hopefully all still continues to go well.
