Okay, so I know I’ve recently asked a similar question, but now it’s time to properly determine which strain from the ILGM catalog was this season’s best all-rounder (effects, yield, grow performance, etc).
…every growing season, certain strains rise above the rest.
Maybe it was the explosive growth, the massive yields, the unforgettable flavor, or a plant that just refused to have a bad day no matter what you threw at it.
Now we want to hear from the community.
Which ILGM strain deserves to be our Forum’s Strain of the Season?
We’re looking for strains that truly impressed growers during their most recent grow cycles — whether that was indoors, outdoors, in a tent, or in the garden.
A great nomination could be based on things like:
• vigorous growth and strong plant structure
• heavy harvests or impressive bud production
• unique terpene profiles or standout flavor
• memorable effects
• resilience during the grow
• a strain that simply became one of your favorite grows
Some strains we’ve seen getting a lot of love in grow journals lately include:
Bruce Banner
Gelato
Gorilla Glue
Granddaddy Purple
Blue Dream
Zkittlez
…but we want to hear your picks.
How nominations work:
Reply with up to two ILGM strains you’d like to nominate
Optional but encouraged: tell us why the strain impressed you during your grow
Once nominations settle down, we’ll gather the most mentioned strains and create a community poll.
The winner of that poll will officially become the ILGM Forum Strain of the Season — and it will be the featured strain in one of our upcoming community grow events where members can grow the same genetics together, compare results, and share their grow journals and harvests.
If you’ve ever wanted to participate in a community grow, compare growing techniques, or see how the same strain performs across different setups, this will be a great opportunity.
So let’s hear it.
Which ILGM strain impressed you the most this past growing season?
**Hands-on experience is definitely preferred, but feel free to also chime in with strains you’re itching to grow because of results you’ve seen from other growers.**
